I do dawn but not running. I wish I had your abilities. I'm mostly sedentary. Beauties abound...

That is beautiful!I am always impressed with your dedication. It still will not convince me to run. because there is nothing like that close to me, and it's almost 90 at 7 am.
I plan on doing the same thing as soon as wedding stresses are over. Beautiful.
Dawn really is a beautiful time to be awake and outside. I should do it more often.
