Pictures that make me happy right now.....

Kasey's ashes. We miss him. He was a good dog. But I love knowing he is still in our home.

Sissy finding a creative way to use her princess clings that she scored in one of her halloween goodie bags.

Jordan who is a good sport and lets me put ridiculous shirts on her.

Sissy LOVES her Woody and Buzz. She has to sleep with Woody and he is a recipient of many of her hugs and kisses. Lucky guy.

Buzz is never too far behind

Sissy loves her Uncle Tuffy and when the scary dinosaur makes an appearance, his steady arm is there for her to cling to.

It's Sadie Hawkins - and Tuffy got asked. They COVERED his car in Oreos and wrote a cute note all over the driveway asking him
He and Splenda had to go clean it so he could see to drive. Well done, MB - well done indeed girl!

Tuffy answered with a slew of tortillas flung all over her front line. On the sidewalk leading to the front porch he wrote in chalk "Mama Mia, the answer is on a tortilla" She needed to find the 'yes' written on the back of one of the tortillas. Good.Times.

Ode to Sephora - How do I love thee and thy scrubbing, minty bubbles

Remember when I told you that a certain finned and ferocious friend gave me a fantastic birthday present?
Seriously. This is the best.stuff.ever.
I'm in love, I'm in love, I'm in love and I don't care who knows it! It takes just a small amount in your little spongy whatever you call those things we use for body wash, and the minute it gets going in your skin? PURE BLISS! It's minty! It's tingly! It's exhilarating!
I wanted Splenda to get a picture of my pure joy, but this is all you get...
Oh Sephora......how is that you can create such wonderfulness in a tube?

Halloween 2009

The holiday started a little early with a work potluck and a chance to show off our kids. Little Miss Sissy was Buzz Lightyear.

Of course I have great co-workers who put together little fun bags of goodies for the kids.
Evil Genius and her cute bag of fun

Saturday Sissy came over for a little bit to trick or treat to some of Mimi and Poppa's friends.

And we do trick or treating the right way - riding the 4 wheeler!
Sissy had a great time! I love little kids and their cute costumes.

I DON'T like the scary stuff, and this was the scariest thing I saw all weekend.....
The Russian Gymnast (AKA Lance) - he/she was dancing, and twirling his/her way around the office. Every year is wonder of what he will come up with next!

Funny Bone Friday - Things I may have heard, or said, or just thought in my head

"Get your hand out of my pocket"

"That shift was a shaft up the butt for the Phillies"

"Don't pull the Jesus card on me!"

"The only reason they are perky is cause they're in a bra"

"I only have one good one, and unfortunately, you get to work with the one that's not. I.am.sorry.for.you."

Slang Gang Word of the Day

November 3: right-of-stay

when two cars disregard the right-of-way guidelines they were supposed learn from a driver's manual when they were 16, resulting in both cars to remain motionless at an intersection assuming the other car will make the first move. Usually after about 1o seconds both cars will go at the same time which leads to a firestorm of profanity and/or an accident.

Right-of-stay
At a four-way stop sign intersection

Northbound Car: Is this person gonna go or what?

Westbound Car: Is this person gonna go or what?

Northbound Car: Freaking go dude

Westbound Car: Freaking go dude

Northbound Car: Screw this guy I'm going

Westbound Car: Screw this guy I'm going

Northbound Car: What the crap is wrong with you idiot?

Westbound Car: Screw you and your stupid PT Cruiser jerk!

**seriously cleaned up for this family friendly site. It was just too funny to pass up**

Tickle me Pink Tuesday - NOT!

Nope. I got NUTHIN. I am trapped into a vortex of hell in a work project that is sucking the very life out of me. You heard me. THE.VERY.LIFE!

Blog posting will be at a minimum. Reading all my fun friends witty, and hilarious posts will be scarce. Commenting will be close to non-existent.

And you know what really bites? I just picked up two followers! Not that my self-esteem rests on that or anything, but yeah, I'll prolly lose about 50 now.

So, hang in there 'wit me and let's ride this ugliness out together. I promise, I'll be back to full blog mode as soon as possible. I hope to find some funny somwhere along the way too, making it worth your while.

Peace.Out

Monday Missionary Update

(old picture - AGAIN)

Well parents,

I am sorry to say that I really havent wrotten that much in my letters that i have sent to you guys. I know that I need to be a lot better in that. I am just really focused right now in the work! Things are still going great in this sector.... in about two weeks we will have two baptisms..... Ones name is Diego and the other, is Victor. Diego is about 18 years old and really was prepared to be baptized. Victor is a little boy about 8 years old and is waaay cool. His mom and dad are less actives and we are trying really hard to activate them so that he can get baptized. In the mission, this family would be callled a family PF (or at least in spanish thats what they call it haha). Keep them in your prayes so that they can go through with it. Wanna hear something cool? Everyday pday I am playing BBall with my comp, some kids from the ward, and Diego. We are going to try and get a zone game going on next week that would be sweet. Thanks for sending me the pics, I really enjoy getting them, and it looks like Clhoeee is getting so big. I am guessing that I will be able to get back here and be able to talk to her with ease. That will be weird.... Also....for real about Josh getting enganged???????? That is soo crzy. I asked him the other day in an email when he was going to get hitched and he told me that he had no idea....
But I guess things change right?? Also...GO YANKEES!!! Right dad??? haha oh and I didnt tell you guys this, but there is a sister misionary that is from....Boston. So we have our laughs with the broken curse and the luck they pulled off to win the playoffs. I am hoping that we do good this year. Things are getting cold up there? For here, we are getting better. Still cold....obviously cause we are here in the south, but things are getting better. Less rain, and a tiny bit more wind. The list is soooo big of the things that I am going to miss on the mission, so I am just making a list of the things that I WONT miss on the mission.
1. The rain.....
2. The dogs..... they also bark, bite, pinch loafs and make babies in the street.
3. The haircuts.....I got mine cut today, and lets just say, I am glad I dont need to impress anyone.
4. La cazuela... its a type of food here that...I wont miss.

I guess that is all that I got on my list. I love you guys sooo much.
Thanks for all that you guys do. Things are going great with my comp.....we get along great and have a lot of fun. I am going to have to show you guys what we did with our house next week. Lets just say we are very smart missionarys...... Have a great week!!!!!

p.s. I am going to write Grandma here so if you could tell her or give it to her that would be great.

Grandma,

Well grandma....it has been tooo long! I just want to you know that I have gotten every single one of your letters. Thank you sooo much for your prayers and encouragement in the mission. I really have gotten your letters and the articles that you send me in the perfect time when I really need the boost. I reed carefully each one of them!!! Thank you sooo much grandma!!
I am happy that you are going to serve a misison again. If they could give me the chance to server again, for another two years....I would do it in a heartbeat. It was true when they said, there is no greater work than missionary work, and no other work that brings so much satisfaccion. I know that to be true!!! I couldnt count all of the spiritual experiences that I have had on my mision...it would be close to impossible. I am ending the mission pretty soon, but I am really focused and dovoted to end stong. it wont be long for when I will have to keep working in the missionary work, but only as a member.
Grandma I just want you to know how much you mean to me and that I am really gratefull for all that you have done for me. I am not very good at all writing, for that i have written seldom times. Please forgive me.
Grandma I will pray for you!!! Thanks for all that you do!!! Love you!
