I love it when people know who I am, are friendly, sociable, and when providing me a service, go out of their way to take care of me.
Russ - you NEVER cease to please me. I can walk in, you greet my by name, pull my file, automatically add it to my points plan and simply hold your hand out for my credit card. We could do this routine in our sleep!

Yup! Happened again, only this time - no warning at all. Just handed me my room key and told me how great it was to see me again.
I'm a blessed, lucky girl.
Note of interest: NO - I will not be rolling around the animal rug. I'm already downing Airborne like a mad mothah!
Additional note of interest: If anyone from Best Western happens to stumble across this lil ole post - Russ needs a raise!

You have better luck in hotels than I do! We ended up checking out of ours 10 minutes after we got in the room (at 3 a.m.). Their was nothing going on but "bed bugs."
I am now very afraid of hotels!
