This year, the extravaganza lasted over the course of several days
First it was dinner with my bestie Diva's
ana, me, tib, lisa, ree
Dinner at the Melting Pot. My first experience ever with fondue. Admittedly I was a dork. The whole spear thingies, the pots of cheese sitting right in front of me stinking to high heaven, the reaching over each other........ yeah - that's fondue!
But once, she got rid of the cheese pots and brought the other? Oh MY! Mama likey! Mama likey a lot!
look how disgusting that cheese crap is!
oh my - are all those beer bottles Lisa's? BAHAHAHA - nope but it was fun to catch her in a pic with them. She's the last person at the table who would have indulged in those!
Yes, my friends - that is chocolate!
And we always exchange prizey's
And yes, I was a dork but I was NOT about to let that great chocolate go to waste!
Nothing says class like an old lady licking her plate. That would be me. So old. So full of class.
Later that week, my family stepped in to celebrate my big day
After dinner out with Splenda, Chloee, Tuffy, and Montana we met Luke and Jessica back at the house for some cake and ice cream
Then it was off to a neighbor's house to borrow their tramp. Here's the deal-io - I have been wanting a trampoline for Chloee. My boys grew up with one, and we have great memories of sleep outs. Talking, looking at stars and waking up to stare at the clouds. FOND MEMORIES.
We were leaving Saturday morning to move Chloee to Cali, so I just wanted one chance to have a sleep out on a tramp! Our neighbors were kind enough to let us use their backyard and the whole fam damily joined in!
It was cold. It was bouncy everytime someone moved. There wasn't a lot of sleep going on - but it was FUN! My one last night with my super duper bestie Chloee and all my little chicken (sans Corb and Karalee)
Nice way to celebrate my birthday!
