**Note - I have not gotten my USMC flag yet.  I am planning on it  It will hang right next to our American Flag out front.  It will be there by the time he gets home.  Need Splenda Daddy to fix my flag post.

DEAR SISSY,
HI SWEETIE!  HOW ARE YOU??  I'M SURE YOU ARE AT MIMI AND POPPA'S RIGHT NOW HAVING LOTS OF FUN.
DADDY IS TRAINING TO BE A MARINE RIGHT NOW.  ALL THE TIME I THINK ABOUT YOU AND MISS YOU LOTS.  I AM SO EXCITED TO COME HOME AND PLAY TENT AND GO TO THE PARK, AND SEE THE AQUARIUM.
WE ARE GOING TO RIDE ROLLER COASTERS AND HAVE LOTS OF CANDY TO EAT.
I MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU MORE THAN YOU'LL EVER KNOW, PRINCESS.

LOVE, DADDY

** He knows just the right things to write to her.  On the letter, he dated it and put her age.  He knows I am going to put all this together in a scrapbook so he's doing a good job of making sure the pages have all kinds of detail.

I think about him every day and watch the mail like a hawk.  With Luka on the mission it was a little easier because we knew for sure that Monday's were P days and we would get an email.  Never a wonder.  We would get communication.  This situation is much different.  We know he can write when he gets a chance, but it's limited and who knows when we will get something.  NGL  - sometimes a little hard.
But, we are so proud of him that it makes it worth it.!
