ULCER 2009I did this.
I finished.
The headwinds made me cry, burned my eyes, and chapped my face.
The hills between miles 85 and 95 made me second guess my sanity.
The gusts that nearly knocked me off my bike several times scared me.
Total saddle time: 7:21:21 - I don't want to sit on my bike. Ever. Again.
I did it.
I finished.
The.End.
Wow...what an accomplishment!

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry! It sounds so miserable! I hope you have recooperated. And that you won't completely abandon your poor bike.
