ULCER ride 2009


ULCER 2009

I did this.
I finished.
The headwinds made me cry, burned my eyes, and chapped my face.
The hills between miles 85 and 95 made me second guess my sanity.
The gusts that nearly knocked me off my bike several times scared me.
Total saddle time: 7:21:21 - I don't want to sit on my bike. Ever. Again.

I did it.
I finished.

    Yeeeee-Haaaaaw!!! I'm so proud of you! I saw a bumload of cyclists on Saturday down here and I told Tavis you were doing a ginorm ride and I wondered if you were one of those peeps on the bikes. Turns out you were!
