Happy 2nd Birthday Sissy girl! - The many faces of Beautiful!

Two years ago at this very time, we were sitting in the hospital waiting room while down the hall our beloved Princesa made her earthly debut.

A lot has happened in the last two years. It would take hours and hours to journal all of it, and quite frankly, much of the drama and changes should just be left alone, but what hasn't changed is how much this little girl means to us.

Really, you hear people say that being a Grandma is the best, but until you actually become one, it's very hard to imagine. And now I find, I can't even quite describe the love that I feel for her. It's not like the love for your own children. It's different. Maybe more pure? At any rate, she is the light of our lives and a sheer delight to be with!
